Step 7: Carve the Turkey

There are two methods to carving: the traditional way, slicing long slices off of the side of the breast, and the "modern" way, slicing off each side of the breast whole, then slicing it horizontally. The "modern" way allows more slices to be covered with skin, which everbody loves (especially if it's crispy, which it should be if you followed the directions in Step 5: Cook the Turkey). The video below demonstrates both methods. I suggest watching it though twice before making an attempt to carve the turkey. Just in case.
